Adcraft has invented a way for you to keep your items deliciously warm and ready for service while keeping them nice and steamed. Its EST-240 is a stainless steel Water Bath Steam Table. Engineered with a heavy-duty body and well, it has four top openings to accommodate 12″ x 20″ full-size food pans. This holds a variety of products at proper serving temperatures. Its heating elements are immersed and generate 3000 Watts of heating power. The elements run throughout the bottom of the water well and are controlled by a thermostatic dial. The low water cutoff sensor has a reset button when necessary. This EST-240 has sturdy stainless steel legs and adjustable bullet feet.
